My name is Anna Mulock Houwer. I am a Lisbon-based business professional. Having lived in Poland, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium, I found my passion and purpose in Portugal. Since my arrival in August 2021, Portugal has become more than just a home; it resonates with the deepest parts of my soul, and I’ve been captivated ever since.

During my recovery from a ski accident and knee surgery in 2022, I found solace in expressing the love for my new home through writing. That’s how it all started.

I feel extraordinarily fortunate to be able to weave together my family and professional life against the breathtaking backdrop of Portugal. It’s a place that inspires me daily, and I hope to share that inspiration with you through my poems.
